To find the configure site page, either go to a category index page and hit the link to create a new record, or go to a record page and edit a record.

Enter your name and password when requested.

You should see either a new record form, or an edit record form. In the upper right corner of the browser there should be a 'configure site' link.

Follow the link, and enter your name and password again, and you should be at the configure site page.
