To add a new record to a category, go to the category index page and hit the 'new' link.

Enter your name and password.

You should see a page with a series of blank fields. Fill out as much information as you are prepared to, you can come back and add more later.

When you are finished, hit the 'create' button at the bottom of the page, and the new record will immediately be written to the xml file for that category.

You should then be prompted to build the site.
