To remove a record, go to the page of the record you want to remove, and follow the 'edit' link.

Enter your name and password when prompted.

At the bottom of the edit form page, there should be a 'delete' button next to the 'update' button. Hit the delete button.

The record is immediately erased from the category xml file, but will continue to be linked to from the category index page until you build the site again.

Even after you rebuild the site, any html pages that have been generated from the record will remain in the browser directories, but the xml site engine will no longer generate links to the page from elsewhere on the site.
