Kat recently completed the 1-year MArch degree focusing on lighting, and is now a member of the DMG working on her MS in Design Computing degree. Kat's research is centered on High Dynamic Range photography and Image Based Rendering, both of which are a combination of her interests in lighting and in design computing.

Kat works at the Integrated Design Lab as a Research Assistant, doing architectural daylighting and electric lighting analysis.
